We can offer full CNC milling and turning capacity as well as manual machining.

CNC Milling; Hurco Hawk 5M Bed mill with full 3D milling and Pocket and island software. Utilising  DXF editor. Any Cad designed parts can be machined straight from a file.

Complex Components can be machined easily and quickly.

CNC Turning; Ajax Premier 600 lathe with Fagor control. 13" swing with 16" swing in the gap and 1500mm bed length making it an ideal machine for one offs and small batch work.

Just an example of parts we've recently made include: Disc bells, drive shafts, screw cut Components, anti roll bar blades etc

A screw cut component which has been turned and milled to make a carb top for a classic Ducati, as this part was no longer available.

Manual machining;

To compliment the CNC capacity we have have manual machines to cover the work which  isn't CNC work.

With full DRO and Electronic probing these machines are invaluable for a one off and tool room environment.
